Drew Barrymore
A career under the spotlight can start at any point in one’s life. For Drew Barrymore, that was when she was 11 months old, appearing for a dog-food advertisement. She got her movie debut with a minor role in Altered States. Soon after, she garnered an even higher degree of fame when she landed the lead role in Steven Spielberg’s widely beloved film, E.T. the Extra-terrestrial.
Following her career as a child actress, Barrymore made an even bigger name for herself in the entertainment industry a few years later, thanks to her work in Batman Forever, 50 First Dates, the Charlie’s Angels movies, Scream, and Santa Clarita Diet. While she recently opted to take a break from her acting career, she is still pretty active, dabbling in various endeavors. Her very own talk show and a cookbook titled Rebel Homemaker are more recent ones.
